The Writer’s Practice will be providing a specially reduced-price, manuscript consultation surgery for the duration of New Writing Season. If you have a novel or full-length non-fiction manuscript, radio play, screenplay, or children’s book that you would like to have looked at by a professional able to offer high quality critique and advice, and perhaps a recommendation to an agent or publisher for the right work, then don’t hesitate to take advantage.

About The Writer's Practice

The Writer’s Practice are: Jonathan Myerson, Henry Sutton, Amanda Brookfield, and Alan Durant. Between the four of them, they have 21 published novels, more than 90 children’s books, 31 radio plays, 28 television episodes and an Oscar nomination. In addition, they have taught at UEA, Bournemouth University, City University London, NFTS, and for the Arvon Foundation.

Pay on allocation of place. Please send your booking form, (download here) and your manuscript and preferred day and time, which we will accommodate if possible. You will then be contacted to allocate the date and time of your consultation. Places will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. Please make sure your manuscript and booking form reaches us at least 2 weeks before the relevant weekend.
